1 1/2 lbs beef tips
A1 sauce
olive oil

1 T butter
1/4 cup chopped onions
8 oz sliced portabella mushrooms
2 cups water
8 oz egg noodles
1/4 cup sour cream

Saute beef in a pan with A1 and olive oil until just cooked. Then place butter, onions, mushrooms, water, and noodles in a large pan; cover and bring to a boil.

Uncover and let boil for 5-6 minutes, stirring off and on until most of the liquid is absorbed.

Stir the beef mix and sour cream into the noodle mix and let cook 2-3 minutes until thoroughly heated.
