5 lb bag red potatoes
1 lb bacon
apple cider vinegar
med. to large red onion
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes in fourths, boil them until fork tender
Cook bacon (it must be very crisp)
Saute onions with a little bacon grease
When potatoes are finished strain, dump in sautéed red onions and bacon. Use apple cider vinegar to taste, usually half cup or so. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm!
