2 qt. water
1 medium carrot, diced
1 medium onion,chopped
1 lb extra firm tofu
1 medium potato diced
1 tsp chines, chopped
1/4 tsp all purpose no salt seasoning
5 cups vegetable broth
3/4 cup frozen peas, thawed
1/2 tsp dried thyme
4 tbsp mutritional yeast
1 lb tofu x-firm, cut in cubes
1/2 blat wheat noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Marinade tofu in 3 cups water and 1/2 cup tamari
let mariade for 1 hour
drain and brown slightly in 2 tsp olive oil in
large skillet. set aside

In large pot pour vegetable stick, water and onion, salt, potatoes, carrots qand thymein medium heat cook until leaf done add noodles, cook for 5-7 min
add tofu let simmer for 3-5 minutes.
