1 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
3 tbsp. milk
2/3 c. grated parmesan cheese
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1 chicken, 3-4 lbs (cut up)

Directions:
Directions:
In a shallow bowl, combine flour, salt, paprika and pepper. In another shallow bowl, beat the eggs and the milk. In a third shallow bowl, combine the parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Coat the chicken with the flour mixture, dip in egg mixture, then roll in crumb mixture. Place on a well greased 15 X 10" baking pan. Bake at 400 for 50 - 55 minutes, or until juices run clear.
