3 eggs
1-1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Batter will be runny, like crepes. Grease griddle, heat to 325 - 350. Pour batter to cover surface of griddle. No need to turn. Allow to cook slowly. Cut into four squares. Fold or roll each square. Serve with syrup or fruit with whipped cream on top.
