1/4 cup flour
1 T salt
1 1/2 lbs lean beef, cut in 1" cubes
3/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup oil (canola)
1 can (20oz) tomatoes
1 t paprika
1/4 t red pepper
1 cup carrot strips
1/2 cup chopped celery

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and salt; add beef cubes and toss lightly to coat. Add to large skillet with onion and green pepper; cook in hot oil until browned. Add tomatoes, paprika, and pepper. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 min. or until meat is tender. Add vegetables and cook 20 min. more. Drop Dumplings from tablespoon onto hot mixture; sprinkle with paprika. Cover; steam 15 mins.

Dumplings: Combine 1 cup sifted flour, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, and 1/2 tsp salt. Stir in 2 tablespoons melted Crisco and 1/2 cup milk until blended.
