16 ozs rotini pasta, cooked
4 med peppers, red, green yellow
12 ozs black olives
2 jars marinated artichoke hearts liquid included
4 ozs pepperoni
1/2 c red wine vinegar
1/2 c olive oil
4 cloves garlic chopped
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 c parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Slice peppers into thin strips, chop artichoke hearts, reserve marinade. Mix pasta, peppers, artichoke hearts, olives and pepperoni. Mix the rest of the ingredients including artichoke marinade. Pour over pasta and mix well. Chill. Stir before serving.
