2 1/4 c flour
2 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
3 eggs
1 tsp lemon peel
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup butter softened
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and beat with electric mixer on low until well blended. Mix on medium for 3 minutes. Pour into a greased bundt pan. Bake 325 60-70 min. Cool 10 min in pan. Remove from pan and cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
