4 c water
1 1/2 c sugar
1 c shortening/lard
4 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp salt
1 pkg yeast, regular
12-13 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water and sugar for 5 minutes. Add shortening and cool to lukewarm. Add salt & yeast that has been dissolved in a little warm water. Add beaten eggs. Add enough flour to make soft dough. Mix together at 1pm, knead dough down at 5pm, let rise until 9pm and form into silver dollar sized buns. 6 dz or so. Refridgerate and bake in the morning at 350º for 10-15 minutes.
