Ingredients:
2 slices white bread
2 thin slices Muenster cheese
2-3 thin slices turkey (approx.1/8 lb)
2-3 thin slices ham (aprox. 1/8 lb)
1 egg
2 T milk
2 T butter
2 T vegetable oil
1 t confectioner's sugar
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
On 1 piece of bread put 1 slice Muenster cheese, then turkey, ham, other slice Muenster topped with second piece of bread. Break egg onto plate, add milk and salt. Beat with a fork to blend. Heat butter and oil in frying pan over medium high heat for about 1 minute. Dip sandwich in egg batter on both sides and brown in pan. Use a small plate with a box of salt or a can to weight sandwich after browning first side, to help keep it together and hasten cooking. Remove from pan with spatula and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar, which sounds wierd, but tastes terrific. May be served with jelly on the side.
