2 - 12 oz. pkgs. Jimmy Dean sausage
9 eggs, slightly beaten
3 cups milk
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
3 slices bread, cut into 1/4" cubes
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in large skillet, breaking into small pieces. Drain. Spread sausage in greased 9 x 13 pan. Beat eggs; blend in milk, dry mustard, salt, bread cubes and cheese. Pour over sausage. Cover pan and refrigerate overnight. Uncover and bake at 350 for one hour.
