2 eggs, beaten
2 lb lean ground beef
1 pkg stove top stuffing mix (chicken)
1 c water
1/2 cup BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375. In a bowl, combine ground beef, stuffing mix, water, eggs and 1/4 c BBQ sauce. Mix just until blended. Shape mixture into an oval loaf in a 9x13 baking dish. Top with remaining BBQ sauce. Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.
