2 onions
2 lb of ground beef (or veal)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
6-7 potatoes
5 eggs
2 tbsp milk
3/4 stick of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and saute onions. Add meat and saute. Add salt and pepper. Cut potatoes into small, round thin circles. Line the bottom of a greased pan with a layer of the potatoes. Top with a layer of the meat mixture. Continue layering potatoes then meat until gone. Top with a layer of potatoes. Whisk the eggs and milk together and pour over the top of the mousakka. Bake at 400º for 45-60 minutes.
