1/2 C shortening 1 cup Wheat Germ (Kretschumes)
1 C brown sugar
2 Eggs
1 Cup sifted flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
1 C sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix shortening, sugar and eggs. Mix together flour, salt, powder,
soda. Mix together all ingredients. Bake 350? for 25 -30 minutes.
Minimum is a double batch but we usually triple it.
