5 lb. Hamburger (not lean)
2 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
2 1/2 tsp Mustard Seed
5 tsp Garlic Powder

Mix well and refrigerate. Take out and mix well for the next three
(yes 3!!!) DAYS. On the 4th day mix well and form into rolls 1/2
pound each. Bake for eight to ten (that’s right 8 - 10) HOURS at
150 degrees. Turn once during baking.
