4 eggs
1 C sugar
1/2 C butter or margarine melted
5 Tbs. whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 c flour
2 tsp cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Heat ungreased krumkake iron. Beat all ingredients until smooth.
Iron must be hot. Drop 1/2 tbs. batter on iron; close gently. Bake
about 15 seconds on each side or until light golden brown.
Immediately roll around wooden roller and sprinkle with powdered
sugar. These do NOT last long when Jimmy is around. If he
comes by with powdered sugar on his face, he has been eating
Krumkake.
