1 1/2 C Sugar 1/2 C shortening
1 C ripe Banana Pulp - mashed fine 1 3/4 C flour
3 Eggs 1 Tsp vanilla
1/2 + c ground nuts 1/4 C Buttermilk
1 Tsp baking powder 1 Tsp baking soda
1 Tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and shortening. Add eggs one at a time, beating
until light and fluffy.
Add nuts, banana pulp and milk.
Add flour, soda, baking powder and salt -sifted together.
Add vanilla
Bake 350 for 30-35 minutes

Can be baked as cupcakes or 9 X 13 Cake
