1 lb ground beef 1 med. Onion
1 clove garlic 1 Tbs. minced garlic
1 1-lb can spaghetti sauce 1 - 10 oz frozen chopped
1 - 8 oz can tomato sauce 1 - 6 oz can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. salt & dash pepper 1 -7 oz pkg. elbow macaroni
1 C shredded sharp cheese 1/2 C soft bread crumbs
2 well - beaten eggs 1/2 C salad oil
Grated cheese for top

Brown beef, onion, garlic in 1 Tbs. salad oil. Cook spinach
according to package directions, drain RESERVE liquid - add
water to make 1 Cup. Stir spinach liquid and next 5
ingredients into meat mixture. Simmer 10 minutes
Combine spinach with remanning ingredients
Spread in 9 X 13 baking pan.
Top with meat sauce, sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake 350 for 30 minutes
Let stand 10 minutes before serving
