1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. oleo (margarine or butter)
1 egg
3-1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp cream of tarter
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. rice crispies
1 c. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter & sugars well. Add oil and egg, mix well. Add vanilla, cream of tarter, salt and soda. Mix well. Add flour one cup at a time and mixing well. Mix in remaining ingredients.

Roll in 1" balls and place on greased cookies sheet. Dip the bottom of a glass into sugar and press each cookie. (use fancy bottom glass or a cookie press if you can)
