Ingredients:	Ingredients: 2 c. sugar 1-1/2 c. vegetable oil 4 large eggs 2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. baking powder 2 c. flour 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. salt 1 c. chopped nuts 3 c. grated carrots

Directions:	Directions: Mix the sugar, oil & eggs together well. Mix in remaining dry ingredients. Once mixed, fold in the nuts and grated carrots. Pour batter into a 9X13 greased pan. Bake at 325º for 50 minutes. Once cool, cover with cream cheese frosting.
