1/2 lb. mini marshmallows
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained well
1/2 pt. whipped cream (Cool Whip fine)
1 8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
2 T. mayo
2 T. sour cream
chopped nuts (optional)
chopped marachino cherries (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sour cream and mayo with softened cream cheese until well blended. Add fruit and nuts and stir well. Fold in Cool Whip and marshmallows.
Freeze and serve frozen.

We used to have this frozen salad with Thanksgiving dinner and other holiday meals. It's easy and very good!. I remember Grandma and Mom used to use two metal ice cube trays (without the inserts) to freeze the salad in.
