1c pineapple juice
1/4c white vinegar
1c soy sauce
1-2 tsp ginger
1/4c fresh cilantro or 2tsp dried coriander
1c pineapple chunks
1/2c water

Directions:
Directions:
This will make enough marinade for up to 8 chops. It is delicious with venison and/or pork.

Marinade the meat for 3 hours up to 2 days in the refridgerator. Discard all marinade before grilling/broiling/frying.
