2 CUPS (OR MORE) GROUND SUET-BEEF SUET ONLY
1/2 CUP BUTTER
3 CUPS FLOUR
3 TSP. BAKING POWDER
PINCH OF SALT
ENOUGH WATER TO FORM DOUGH

For the Sauce
2 TBS FLOUR
1TBS. BUTTER
2 TBS. BROWN SUGAR
(BRANDY MAY BE ADDED TO SAUCE)

MIX FLOUR LIKE PIE CRUST, DO NOT MAKE CRUST TOO THIN. SPREAD BERRIES THIN AND ROLL LIKE A JELLY ROLL. WRAP ROLLS IN CHEESE-CLOTH TIGHTLY.

**3 ROLLS = 15 SERVINGS AVERAGE **

10 LBS PRESSURE FOR 1-1/2 HOURS
2 CUPS WATER IN PRESSURE COOKER
MOISTEN CHEESE-CLOTH BEFORE WRAPPING ROLLS.

For the Sauce
CREAM TOGETHER
ADD 1-1/2 CUPS BOILING WATER
1 TBS OF MOLASSES
1/2 tsp CINNAMON, ALLSPICE, NUTMEG
PINCH SALT
