1 bag of low- fat tortilla chips
1 can of low-fat chili
1 large tomato, chopped
1/2 cup chopped scallions
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
2 T. low fat sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Pour bag of chips onto large plate.
Pour heated chili over chips. Spread tomatoes, scallions and peppers over the chili. Garnish with sour cream.
