1 c. shortening
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
2 egg, separated
1/4 c. milk
4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredient as you would for any other cookie, wet ingredients first, then dry. Form dough into roll. Wrap in wax paper and chill. Cut off thin slices and bake in moderately hot oven (375º) 10 - 12 min.
