1/4 c. Tarragon Vinegar
1/4 c. olive oil
1 T. chopped fresh basil
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp finely chopped green onions
1/2 tsp. honey
1/4 tsp. Dijon mustard.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in container of electric blender; process until smooth. Yield: 1/2 cup
