6 small zuccini sliced Parboil Zuccini for 5 minutes- until tender. Lay zuccini in lightly greased casserole dish. ---Combine : 2/3 C sour cream 1 TBSP butter 1/2 C grated sharp cheddar cheese 1 tsp salt Stir until cheese melts then ----Add: 1 beaten egg 1 tsp chives ---Pour this mixture over the zuccini slices and then ---Top with: 6 TBSP grated Parmesan 3 TBSP dry bread crumbs
