4lbs lean ground pork
1 lb hamburger
2 gloves garlic minced
1 med. onion minced
4 tsp salt
2 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp thyme
1 tsp sage
1 tsp ground cloves
2 cups water
Mashed potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in sauce pan. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly til meat looses its pinkness. Do Not Brown. Lower heat and allow mixture to simmer uncovered for 30minutes. Add 3 to 4 cups of mashed potatoes to mixture. Chill mixture, stir before using in pies.I bake them frozen at 400 til golden brown. (From parishioner, Winona Morrisette)
