1 cup flour
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream or yogurt
4 eggs
dash salt
dash sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together like regular pancake mix. You don't have to worry about over mixing this. Fry in small amount of oil ( bacon grease is you desire) and turn only once when top is bubbly and dry on the edges. Serve with warm syrup or your favorite fruit sauce.
Makes 8-10 medium pancakes
