2 fryers
2/3 lbs. ground pork
1 1/3 lbs. ground beef
2 dz. oysters, drained and chopped
3/4 c. oyster juice
1 onion, minced
2 T. margarine
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
salt and pepper

Directions:
Season the fryers well with salt and pepper, rubbing inside and out, then rub outside with margarine. Brown gound beef and ground pork, drain oil. Add onions and oysters, simmer 5 minutes. Add green onions, parsley, oyster juice and bread crumbs, salt, pepper and simmer 10 minutes.

Stuff fryers with meat mixture, place in pan and cover with foil. Bake in 375F oven for 1 1/2 hrs.
