Dressing:
2 Garlic cloves – crushed
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Vinegar
4 tablespoons Olive oil
2 tablespoons Dry grated Parmesan cheese
1 Egg – Par boiled (gently slide egg yolk and white into boiling water for 1 minute)
Salt & Pepper to taste

Salad:
Romaine lettuce - chopped
Croutons
Fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Capers
Tomatoes (optional)
Grilled chicken breast – spiced & sliced (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Dressing: Dump everything into a blender and thoroughly blend. Chill.

Salad: Toss everything together with the dressing in a big bowl and mix well. Serve into smaller bowls.

This is the signature salad of our friend Doug Myer. He always has to bring this when he is invited to dinner. The first time Jennie and her friends tasted this salad one of them blurted out that it was better than sex! It's been called that ever since.
