Ingredients:  
6 c. mashed yams
3 big yams boil until soft, peel

Whip, and then add;
2 c. evaporated milk
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
c. melted butter
1 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat until fluffy, pour into 9x13 inch pan.

Topping;
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. softened butter
1 c. chopped nuts
c. coconut

Mix together, sprinkle over yams. Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes at 325.
