1 Reynolds Oven Bag (small size 10x16 in)
1 Tlbs. Flour
1 (10 oz.) can condensed chicken broth
1 c. instant, uncooked rice
2 small zucchini, sliced
red pepper, seeded & diced
2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 can mushrooms
Seasoned salt & lemon pepper to taste

Directions:

Heat oven to 350. Shake flour in oven bag; place in 9x13 inch baking pan. Add chicken broth, rice, zucchini, and red pepper to oven bag. Holding top of bag closed, gently squeeze bag to mix ingredients. Generously sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt and lemon pepper, arrange chicken over rice mixture in an even layer in oven bag. Close oven bag with nylon tie, cut six inch slits on top of the bag. Bake until chicken is tender, about 30 to 35 minutes. Stir rice before serving.
