1 lb. andouille
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Remove skin from andouille and chop or grind in a food chopper. Saute veggies together with meats. Drain oil. Add soup and cheese. Cook on low fire for about 10-15 min. Add salt and pepper.
