Crust:
1 c. flour
2 T. sugar
½ c. softened butter
½ c. chopped nuts

Press into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

Blend:
1 (8oz) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar

Spread onto cooled crust.

Mix:
1 large pkg. instant pudding (any flavor)
2 ½ c. milk

Blend well until thickened and pour over cream cheese mixture. Spread Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate.
