Filling:
2 Sticks margarine
1/2 C Sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup milk

Add: 1 C crushed graham crackers
1 C coconut
-------------------------
Layers:
whole graham crackers to line bottom of cookie sheet or jelly roll pan

Icing:
4 oz cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
milk to thin

Directions:
Directions:
Bring marg., sugar, egg and milk slowly to a boil (if too quick, egg will scramble instead of blend). Boil for 1 minute. T
Let mixture coool. Then add graham cracker crumbs and coconut.
Layer whole graham crackers in bottom of baking dish.
Pour above mixture on 1st layer or crackers.
Layer graham crackers again.
ice with the cream cheese Icing.
