2 c. sugar
1 ¾ c. cocoa
1 ½ tsp. baking powder
1 ½ tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 large eggs
1 cup milk
½ c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350° Grease and flour 2 9inch round cake pans or one 13x9 inch pan. In large bowl, add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla; beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in the boiling water (batter will be thin). Add dry ingredients, mix well. Pour into pans. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans.
