1/2 lb polish or kielbasa sausage
1/4 c celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/4 c bell pepper, chopped
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp pepper
1 8-oz can tomato sauce
1/4 c cheese, shredded
2 c macaroni, cooked
Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage over medium heat in a large skillet. Remove and keep warm. Add the butter to the skillet and sauté the onion, celery and bell pepper until tender. Stir in the chili powder, pepper and tomato sauce; mix well. Add the macaroni and sausage and heat through. Sprinkle with cheese and cook until cheese is melted.
