48 oz red vinegar
12 oz white vinegar
3 oz mustard
1/8 small can red pepper
2 oz black pepper
1/2 oz Karo syrup
1 pt. BBQ Sauce
1 Qt. Ketchup
1/8 small bottle hot sauce
1/2 Cup. Sugar
1 oz. Salt

Mix all ingredients in Large pot, simmer for 2 hours.
Mop onto pig as cooking and can be used for dipping sauce
Reserve 2 cups for dipping sauce.
