12 egg yolks
1 cup flour
pinch of salt
Beef or chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Beat yolks. Slowly add flour until workable, but not stiff. Roll onto floured board. Let dry, turning from side to side. Roll up into a jelly roll and slice then. Let dry.

Bring broth, salt to a boil. Drop noodles in, and cover. Cook about 20 minutes

Amy Virginia Gosney was noted by many for the noodles that she would serve. As many dishes in that time were labor and time intensive, we still were blessed with these on many occasions. They went very well with Daddy's Rugel's chicken!
