1 English Muffin, sliced in half
1 egg
Enough shredded cheddar to sprinkle on top
Green Tabasco sauce
Butter
Directions:
Directions:
In a small pan, fry the egg in butter, add salt and pepper if desired. Toast the muffin and butter both pieces. Place fried egg on top of bottom muffin. Sprinkle the egg with as much cheese as you’d like and sprinkle on desired amount of green Tabasco sauce! The trick is the green sauce… not the red
