¼ C butter
1 medium onion
2 t. curry
1 C white rice
1 C orange juice
1 C chicken broth
½ t. salt
½ C raisins
1 Bay leaf

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Sauté onion until transparent. Stir in curry and rice and cook for 2 minutes. Stir constantly. Add rest of ingredients and bring to a boil. Lower heat. Simmer 15-20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
