4 quarts beef broth
3/4 c red wine vinegar
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tbsp cumin
3 tbsp tabasco sauce
1 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp ginger
1 cup tomato paste
1/4 c honey
1 tbsp salt
6 lbs country style ribs

Mix all except ribs in large kettle, bring to a boil;
Add ribs. Simmer 1 1/2 hours or until tender but not quite falling off bone. Remove from liquid. Brush with your favorite BBQ sauce and put on grill (over medium heat) until sauce thickens, adding more sauce as desired
