3 chicken breasts - boneless, skinless
4 skinned stalks of celery, cut in half
4 carrots, cut in half
1 yellow onion, cut in half
1 can chicken broth
water - enough to cover meat
3 tsp. Wyler's chicken granules
season to taste - salt, Tony's, and a pinch of red pepper. (Leave salt to taste at the end of cooking.)
Egg noodles - small or medium

Put chicken in a large pot. Add water, enough to cover the chicken. Add cut in half celery, carrots, onions, chicken broth, 1 tsp. chicken granules and seasoning except salt. Boil chicken until tender and cooked. Remove meat and vegetables. Chop meat into 1 inch cubes. Chop vegetables to desired size. Taste the broth for seasoning. Add 2 tsp. chicken granules, and salt if needed. Return chicken and vegetables to the broth. Add egg noodles in the amount you desire. Cook 30 to 45 minutes, until noodles are done and seasoning is blended in broth.
