2 pounds grren beans, fresh
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
fresh dill heads
2 cups distilled water
2 cloves garlic
2 cups cider vinegar
1/4 cup non iodized salt

Directions:
Directions:
Run pint size canning jars through dishwasher. Place jars (inverted) in 200 degree oven while preparing brine.Combine water, vinegar, salt and simmer for 5 minutes. To each jar, add 1 clove garlic, 1/4 tsp pepper, green beans, dill head. Pour over hot brine. Seal by inverting.

I used regular salt and recipe turned out fine. non-iodized salt may be better. great for summer!
