1 boxed Angel Food Cake Mix
1 - 1/2 gallon Strawberry Ice Cream
1 - 16oz Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake as directed on the box and let cool.
After cooling, split cake into 3 layers. Cut ice cream in half lengthwise and then in slices and place between layers making 3 layers of cake and two layers of ice cream, place to fit inside of layers and in center well of cake. Place in freezer for about 1/2 hour and then frost whole cake with cool whip.
Note: other ice cream flavors may be used

Jessica loved this ice cream cake that her "Grammy" would make. She could eat it for breakfast. Mom made this cake for Jess on different occasions and she really enjoyed it. Jessica is truly our cherished "Angel".
