1 (10.75oz.) can of cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 egg, beaten
1/4c. onion, chopped
3 (10oz.)packs of frozen broccoli
8 oz. cheddar cheese
salt and pepper
dash of paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Butter an 13x9 baking dish.
Whisk soup, mayonnaise, egg and onion until blended. Place frozen broccoli in a large bowl to break up into smaller pieces. Pour soup mixture over broccoli and mix well. Sprinkle in cheese and mix well. Spread into baking dish. Smooth and season with salt, pepper and paprika. If you like, you can top with crushed ritz crackers and dot with butter. Bake for 45minutes to 1 hour.
