1 lb. cavatelli pasta
2-3 fresh broccoli crowns, chopped into florets, or 2 -12oz packages frozen broccoli florets
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup water (or chicken stock)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp pepper
4 garlic cloves, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients, except pasta, in sauce pan and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 20 min. Meanwhile cook cavatelli pasta according to package, drain and place the pasta right into the sauce. Toss to coat the noodles. Sprinkle with Parmesan or Pecorino Romano cheese. Serve immediately. Serves 4. Enjoy.
