1 loaaf french bread, cut in half lengthwise
Butter
Garlic powder or garlic spread
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, grated
2 chopped green onions
Mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Butter both halves of the french bread, and either sprinkle with garlic powder or spread with garlic spread. Combine the two cheeses in a bowl; add green onions and mix in sufficient mayonnaise to make it moist. Spread the cheese mixture on the bread. Wrap bread in foil. Bake 20 minutes at 350º until bubbly, then open the foil and place the bread under broiler until top is browned.
