5 medium baking potatoes
2/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup crumbled bleu cheese
1/2 cup milk
4 T. butter or margarine
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
5 slices bacon, crisp cooked and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Wash potatoes and rub generously with shortening. Bake in hot oven (400 F.) for one hour or until potatoes are done. Remove from oven and cut a lengthwise slice from the top of each potato. Scoop out the inside of each, and mash. Add sour cream, bleu cheese, milk, butter, salt, and pepper to mashed potatoes. Beat with electric beater until fluffy. Spoon mixture lightly into potato shells. Place on baking sheet. Return to hot oven for 15 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle each with crumbled bacon.
